Why we love this Wine
Michael Corbett is at it again; this time in Watervale, turning his attention to the Clare Valley’s most famous grape variety. A little bit in stainless steel, a little bit in oak and a little with skin contact makes for a captivating, textural Riesling ride. Lime and fresh lemonade notes, dried citrus rind, ginger-cake with a dribble of fresh honey finishing fresh and mouth-filly with a snappy sapidity to its gait. Lovely gear.
