Wine bar guy Bobby Fishel ships SA’s hottest drops to the UK. Now with his hands in his own local ferments, his own wines are early picked for freshness, tension and acid. This Rosé is actually McLaren Vale Chardy, pressed through the skins of Grenache, Red Muscat and Chenin. High tones, lifted florals and peach. A+ for this project.
