Why we love this Wine
John Duval is Australian wine royalty with 29 years as a winemaker at Penfolds, including being only the third ever maker of Grange, which he did for 13 years. Now turning his eyes to a Grenache legacy, the Concilio is a blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Shiraz, and reels you in with its bright dark red hues. Spicy dark raspberry and dark cherry aromas are trailed by some liquorice, earth, light vanilla and faint pepper. All-round delight. A bright and vibrant all-rounder that we can't get enough of.
