Why we love this Wine
Farmed by David Gartelmann in the Hope Forest, Adelaide Hills, Temp is grown on a gorgeous NE-facing slope and hand-picked. Undergoing a week’s carbonic maceration prior to crushing, it’s reductively fermented in stainless and barriques to further develop that natural Tempranillo spice, red fruit and food-friendly tannin.
