From the Upper Yarra area of Wandin East, this isn’t the run-of-the-mill Sav B. It was whole-bunch pressed to a massive old 5000L oak tank, spending 6 months on full lees before going straight to bottled from there. Unfined and unfiltered, it’s taut and flinty with a sleek texture. Feels French but has signature Jamsheed personality. What a feat.
