A blend of Yarra Valley, Beechworth and Pyrenees Syrah, fermented with 80% whole bunches, wild ferment, and agent in giant barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered after 10 months, it’s a simple beauty. Light and spicy, character and structure. Just goodness.
