Why we love this Wine
It’s a pinot soiree, and here is the life of the party. From the organically grown ‘Boxer’ vineyard, on a rolling hillside of volcanic soils, this sees carbonic maceration for its entire ferment (some 3.5 weeks). What does that mean? Read: ‘fun’. Energy and tension, rose petals, raspberries and salinity. Ooh la la indeed.
