Why we love this Wine
A co-ferment of two pinot noir vineyards and two different clones, both farmed organically by Andrew from Good Intentions. An intriguing little window into Mount Gambier's ancient volcanic soils. Whole bunch carbonic and short maceration for a lively and taught wine of energy and acid.
