Why we love this Wine
The Fumey Chatelain Pinot Noir comes from 2 separate vineyards in Arbois and Les Grands Champs, in Montigny-les-arsures. Oh so pretty, it’s about 70% free run and 30% juice squeezed from the pressings. Lighter than, say, Burgundy. More elegant? Heaps. Minerals and blackberries, with texture, tannin and structure.
