Wondering what to buy next from Jura? Same here. Hint: Le Bastard is Fumey Chatelain’s “best Trousseau, from a single vineyard”. Right? We tuned in then too. Low yielding and pretty concentrated for this variety. Long and deep, with black fruits and spice, and liquorice on the finish. Wild and unfined as usual.
