Why we love this Wine
High altitude Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay treated to extra attention and plenty of love in the winery is always a win in our eyes. Whole bunches are softly pressed for a little oxidative complexity, while nine months of barrel ageing on fine lees adds plenty of mouthfeel and richer flavours to high altitude lemon acidity and mineral length. Only 1950 bottles produced.
