Why we love this Wine
A wee side-project wine from the fine folks at Fairbrossen out west. The famous Georgian grape variety makes an appearance in the Perth Hills & Swan Valley and we dig it! Lovey pure cherry and red plummy fruits, cut with spice and notes of chocolate and light amaro herbs. Plentiful savoury tannins for structure and a bright acid line propels it forwards nicely.
