Why we love this Wine
An amber wine from Dr Edge is always going to pique a bit of interest. This one is comes in at 11.5% and feels like it was always destined for maximum freshness. It’s Schonburger/Pinot Gris, co-fermented on skins for 10 days. A little Chardonnay Musque at blending and voila. The cleanliness and quality we’ve come to expect.
