Why we love this Wine
The most recognisable varietal of those grown by Domaine Plageoles’, it’s pasillerage for these 40-60 year old Muscadelle grapes before time in old oak. Wild florals and honeysuckle open the show with a bang. Botrytis appears without taking the starring role, egging on ripe apricot and caramel notes while a lemon fresh acidity throws down the curtain. Encore-worthy drinking.
