We love this wine because…
A lovely Cabernet Franc from Christine and Joel Menard in the Coteaux du Layon AOC in France’s Loire Valley. Light, bright and bouncy and just packed full of pure raspberry, wild cherry and strawberry aromas; edged by light leafy amaro tones, spice and floral flecks, finishing savoury, stony and just a great example of the variety from a region doing wonderful things.
