A Gamay with its own personality, this one comes de-stemmed before maceration for fruit-driven drinking that lets terroir expression shine, backed by 20 years of experience from Christine and Joel Menard. It rests in tank for six months before bottling without sulphur or filtration. Black cherries, apples and limestone, with zesty minerality and vibrant acidity. It’s alive.
