In a humble 10-hectare domaine of old vines in the Saint Chinian appellation, Emma and Philippe Bordes make unique wines grown organically on sand, limestone, and shale. This specific site stands out for its mix of earthy notes, raspberries, leather and eucalyptus. An interesting detour into Languedoc less traveled. So happy we took the road.
