Das Juice, Das Good. Mates Tom and James import lo-fi wines yet decided there wasn’t enough made locally. So here we are with a Prosecco Pet Nat. Made from Glera just like the Italians. Dry style? Yes sirs and lady sirs. It’s crisp and dry, with citrusy goodness dancing around its cloudy midst. Tastes like December 27 – Party’s still going.
