Why we love this Wine
This is one of our favourite things. Mornington Peninsula Savagnin aged ‘sous voile’ in ullaged barrels. Three years under a willowy flor has transformed this wine into something quite special. It smells fino-esque…. All oyster shelly and briney with hints of garam marsala, almond paste, roasting nuts, preserved lemon and soft spice, finishing tangy with a saline swish and a long, captivating nutty finish. Glorious gear.
