Not an everyday variety for many, this is one cinsault that should be explored from Mas Coutelou in Languedoc, a winemaking village for more than 200 years. Jean-Francois' organic vines make rich, juicy wines, fragrant and attractive, light to medium bodied wine that's silky and lush. and pure cascading dark fruit, earth and spice.
