Why we love this Wine
If a blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato aged in terracotta amphorae from one of Sicily’s top producers sounds like it could be down your alley, you are in luck! COS are the benchmark producer in the Cerasuolo di Vittorio appellation in the islands south. The wine seems very comfortable in its own skin with characters of blue-fruits, cranberry, earthy tones and light spice; medium-bodied and effortless to drink.
