Fireworks every time. 100% fermented in terracotta, this is the vibrant light (frappato/nero d’avola) in the Cilia/Occhipinti/Strano sky. Clear and intense, clean and alive. It’s full of exotic spices and Mediterranean herbs. Of course, the Sicilian salinity holds it all together. You can’t not drink this. Then again, we’ve never tried that…
