Why we love this Wine
Siblings Jasper and Sophie are second-gen growers bringing back to life 70 family acres of Basket range vine with organic and biodynamic principles. These Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were planted 20 years earlier by their dear Ma, and today the pair are using a slow, gentle ferment to make a slurpable, skinsy blend showing strawberry, stone fruit and spice. What a mood.
