Chardonnay forms the base of our food pyramid. It is an essential nutrient. So when you come across a biodynamically-farmed wine from one of Australia’s premier cool-climate growing regions and one of our favourite producers, we get excited. Beautiful, citrusy, appley drinking with a lean, linear palate shape and porcelain-like acid drive with just a hint of nutty oak. It makes for sapid and captivating drinking.
