Why we love this Wine
This little treasure is made from teeny tiny ‘Bonsai’ Blaufränkisch vines, grown biodynamically by Claus Preisinger in Burgenland, Austria. Whole bunch macerated and free from time in oak, it’s a delicate little red flowered version of a more classically dark fruity varietal. Pair with homemade schnittys for a humdinger Austrian-inspired summer meal.
