Organically farmed and at the lo-fi end of the scale, Cédric’s ciders are pure as pure can be with a brilliant interplay between the sweetness of the apple fruit, the acidity and the knife's edge of bitterness….it’s all about tension and attention to detail.‘BrutBrut’!!!.....extra dry even.
