Made in the Christian Tschida style with no adds whatsoever, this is 100% Cabernet Franc, hand harvested, destemmed, and crushed underfoot. Aged for 2 years in large barrels, it’s always a fan favourite. Incredibly structured and detailed, it shows of tobacco, liquorice and leather with great acid, depth and minerality. A super unique peek into a very special pocket of Austria.
