Why we love this Wine
This red blend from two Watervale vineyards favours 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, but through cool climate fruit picked early with minimal intervention winemaking (50% whole berry, two week open ferment, maturation in Slovenian foudre for 12 months), this isn’t your classic Bordeaux blend. It’s to drink now, but still has the depth, intensity and spice you’d expect.
