Why we love this Wine
Always a favourite skin-contact Pinot Gris from Mike Bennie, Peter Dredge and Joe Holyman. Playful and a little wild, refreshingly clean, it sees around 4 weeks of skin contact, full of layers and intrigue. Fuzzy peach and bright (quite red) fruit, a little spice and light herbaceous notes, nuts and fresh herbs. Sexy and delicious.
