Why we love this Wine
Riesling for exploratory palates, not to be pigeon-holed, and very good. A natural ferment in ceramic egg and French oak puncheons, left on lees for 8 months then bottled unfined and unfiltered. Lemon and almond scents, with hints of floral notes. A zing of lemon and some salinity, for a wine of complexity and length.
