Why we love this Wine
Who doesn’t like a bit of skin contact, right?! Here’s a mouth-watering, captivating skin contact blend that gets the taste buds singing. A copper-coloured blend of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chenin Blanc, fermented wild on their skins, it’s a slinky textural ride with a bright line, lovely funky-edged citrus and spiced apple fruit, great flow and presence and a gentle tug of tannin on the roof of the palate. Totally sessionable.
