The project of Koen Janssens, one half of Yetti and the Kokonut, he’s got his hands on some 80-year-old Barossa riesling from the valley floor. With a lick of skin contact and old oak it’s textural and structured. Soft and fresh, gently spiced. An interesting spin on the variety that keeps you coming back.
