Why we love this Wine
Certified organic and biodynamic Semillion, Riesling and Ugni Blanc, co-fermented on skins in a single Georgian qvevri. It’s a charming wine of great salinity and texture, lively and concentrated. Steered down that serious orange wine path, it was left for nine months before pressing. A great result, brave and niche.
