Whole bunch pressed, wild fermented, then held in stainless steel for 7 months, dialling in a tight, linear style. The nose is  briochey and warm with spices, while the palate boasts tangy green apple, yellow sultanas and toasted nuts. There's complexity here, and so much ageing potential.
