Friends were enlisted to cultivate the first vintage, and Félix Crespo jumped into the project with both feet. Cultivated organically at 750-850m above sea level, hand harvested and fermented using wild natural yeast, this is Verdejo at its most singular. Gently clarified, lightly filtered. Young and fresh and borrowing complexity from a little time fermenting in barrel. White flowers and a little citrus pith bitterness, plus preserved lemon tang.
